Law Firm is looking for a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least two years relevant PQE to join their busy Wills and Probate Team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established team providing legal services to clients across their offices in Shrewsbury and Whitchurch.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Advising on a range of matters to include Wills, Probate, Estate Management and Administration of Trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection - Seeing matters through from initial instruction to post completion using a Case Management System - Supporting others with existing matters - Developing your own caseload - Taking part in networking and business development activities
