We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Wealth Advisor III to join our team in Miami, Florida. As a Wealth Advisor, you will have the opportunity to work with high net worth and ultra-high net worth clients, providing them with comprehensive wealth management advice and solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary relationship advisor for high net worth and ultra-high net worth clients. - Develop and deepen client relationships through needs-based, high-level client service. - Utilize objective and sound personal financial planning and financial advisory concepts to provide a broad range of wealth products and services to high net worth individuals. - Acquire new clients through business development and expanding services to existing clients. - Be an active and well-connected member of the community to self-acquire new business. - Act as the expert level advisor for the most challenging and complex banking relationships. - Focus on targeted prospecting and developing relationships with external referral sources. - Work with various specialists and partners to support client service and business development efforts. - Use advanced credit knowledge to lead conversations and deliver advice to clients and prospects. - Partner with Truist product specialists to deliver solutions to client's financial needs. - Thrive in a team-based approach to deliver the full suite of Truist Wealth solutions. - Act as a culture champion aligned with Truist's Purpose, Mission, and Values. - Establish and maintain beneficial business relationships with internal and external centers of influence. - Stay updated on changing economic, legal, financial planning, and investment trends. - Act as a personal financial planning and advisory resource for clients, their attorneys, and CPAs. - Maintain appropriate legal, operating, and regulatory controls to manage risk and compliance. - Use sound judgment on expense and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required. - Proper licenses including Series 7, Series 66, and applicable Life, Health, and Variable insurance licenses. - 8 or more years of sales and client management experience in Wealth Management. - Advanced credit knowledge and experience working complex credit deals. - Proven track record of working in a goal-based, results-driven, sales environment. - Proficiency in basic computer applications. - Must be SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliant within 30 days of employment. - CFP preferred or CTFA, CFA, CPA, JD, or MBA. - Completion or enrollment in certification programs such as CFA, CFP, CPWA, and CPA. - Graduate of a leadership or management development program.
