The Administrative Specialist I will provide administrative support to our Workers’ Compensation Department. This role is responsible for maintaining files, scheduling appointments, and assisting with other administrative tasks as needed.
Responsibilities: • Keep all physical and electronic files organized and up-to-date • Schedule appointments and maintain department calendar • Assist with drafting and proofreading legal documents • Communicate with clients and other parties involved in cases • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent • Strong organizational skills • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office • Customer service experience a plus
Salary: • $25,000-$30,000 per year, depending on experience • Benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, and 401k
