Responsibilities:
- Act as key advisor to the CFO and leader of the Tax organization. - Develop and mentor team members for advancement. - Build relationships with all departments to effectively serve business partners. - Responsible for all aspects of federal, state, local, and international income taxes, sales & use tax, and property tax. - Oversee financial reporting of tax liabilities and provide updates to audit committee. - Manage outside tax service providers and counsel for planning, compliance, and controversies. - Oversee income and indirect tax audits and develop audit program. - Responsible for all indirect tax compliance and provide advice on new tax legislation. - Manage tax planning initiatives for wireless capex spend.
Skills and Requirements:
- 12 years of experience in corporate tax. - CPA and Big 4 experience preferred. - Strong communication skills and ability to simplify complex tax issues. - JD or Master in Taxation a plus. - Experience in wireless telecommunications, M&A, and international tax a plus.
Salary Information:
- Compensation range: $200,000.00/Year - $300,000.00/Year - Salary based on experience and qualifications.
