Law Firm Seeks Compassionate and Detail-Oriented Legal Assistant for Veterans Disability Practice
Berry Law, a Veteran-owned and led law firm, is seeking a Legal Assistant to join our team and assist in managing veterans' disability claims. Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting attorneys in preparing, filing, and managing veterans' disability claims and appeals. - Drafting and reviewing correspondence, forms, and mailings. - Maintaining and organizing client files and case management systems. - Communicating with clients, medical providers, and government agencies. - Scheduling appointments, hearings, and meetings. - Providing general administrative support to the legal team.

Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills. - Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information. - Strong multi-tasking abilities and a professional demeanor. - Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently. - Military member, veteran, spouse, dependent, or relative preferred. - Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and work with various software programs.

Salary and Benefits:
