Responsibilities: - Provide legal support in corporate law matters, including M&A transactions - Manage corporate transactions and assess legal risks - Translate complex legal issues for business audiences - Maintain impactful client relations at the executive level - Set strategic direction for corporate legal initiatives
Qualifications: - Juris Doctorate - 5 years of post-qualification legal experience in corporate law - Admitted to practice law in at least one US state
Experience and Skills: - Expertise in corporate law, M&A, partnership law, commercial transactions, and regulatory analysis - Experience managing teams, external counsel, and high-level projects - Skilled in negotiation, risk assessment, and contract drafting - Understanding of corporate governance and cross-border contracting - Ability to identify legal issues in business proposals
Salary Information: - Salary range: $122,500 - $495,500 - Eligible for annual discretionary bonus - Actual compensation dependent on skills, experience, qualifications, and location
