Morgan is seeking talented and motivated individuals to join their U.S. Private Bank team as Private Bankers - Executive Directors in New York, NY. - As a Private Banker, you will provide first-class service and advice to clients, utilizing your expertise in investments, financial planning, credit, and banking. - This role offers the opportunity for growth and advancement within J.P. Morgan, as well as the chance to work alongside a diverse and talented team. - The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial mindset, strong business acumen, and a focus on providing an exceptional client experience. - Responsibilities include managing and maintaining client relationships, generating business results through new client acquisition, and advising clients on their overall balance sheet. - The position offers a base pay/salary range of $170,000.00-$250,000.00 in addition to potential additional compensation through business results and new client acquisition. - Required qualifications include a minimum of six years of work experience in Private Banking or Financial Services, a Bachelor's Degree, and required licenses (Series 7, 66, and Insurance). - Preferred qualifications include an MBA, JD, CFA, or CFP, as well as experience and knowledge in equity and fixed income markets and alternative investments.
Responsibilities and Qualifications:
- Manage and maintain relationships with clients, providing targeted advice and delivering exceptional client experiences - Generate business results through new client acquisition and advise clients on their overall balance sheet - Partner with internal specialists to provide interdisciplinary expertise to clients - Strictly adhere to risk and control policies, regulatory guidelines, and security measures - Minimum of six years of work experience in Private Banking or Financial Services - Bachelor's Degree required, with preference for MBA, JD, CFA, or CFP - Required licenses include Series 7, 66, and Insurance, with unlicensed candidates considered but required to obtain licenses within 90 days of start date - Proven sales success and strong business acumen - Strong community presence with an established network - Experience or demonstrated understanding of investments, wealth planning, credit, and banking concepts

Preferred Qualifications:
