Responsibilities: - Assist with estate planning and administration matters including wills, trusts, and probate proceedings - Conduct legal research and draft legal documents - Communicate with clients and provide guidance on estate planning and administration issues - Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to provide comprehensive legal services to clients - Keep abreast of changes in laws and regulations related to trusts and estates
Qualifications: - Juris Doctor degree and admission to the New Jersey and New York Bar - 3-5 years of experience in estate planning, estate administration, and related tax planning - Strong academic background with a focus on trusts and estates - LLM in taxation is a plus - Excellent research, writing, and communication skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment - Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
