Overview: - Johnston Allison Hord is looking for a highly qualified Trusts & Estates Associate with 3-8 years of experience to join our team. - The ideal candidate will have experience in estate planning, administration, charitable planning, and tax planning. - Candidates must have a minimum of 3-8 years of prior law firm experience, specifically in the trusts and estates area.
Responsibilities: - Drafting and reviewing estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney. - Assisting with estate administration, including probate and trust administration. - Conducting research and providing legal analysis on various trusts and estates matters. - Collaborating with other attorneys and staff within the Trusts & Estates Practice Group.
Requirements: - Minimum of 3-8 years of prior law firm experience in trusts and estates. - Strong academic credentials, including a J.D. from an accredited law school. - Admission to the state bar. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to handle a high volume of complex matters with attention to detail. - Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
