Responsibilities:
- Drafting a broad range of estate planning documents including wills, trust agreements and related instruments - Direct and frequent client interaction - Advising individuals and families on trust structures and wealth transfer tax strategies - Designing business succession strategies - Counseling fiduciaries in the administration of estates and trusts - Preparing and reviewing federal estate, gift and fiduciary income tax returns - General estate, trust and tax-related research and writing - Supporting our litigation practice in matters relating to wills, trusts, and fiduciary administration
