Responsibilities: - Advise clients on various trust and estates matters - Draft and review legal documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney - Conduct legal research and stay up-to-date on relevant laws and regulations - Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other parties involved in cases - Represent clients in court proceedings, if necessary - Provide guidance and support to junior attorneys and legal staff - Assist with business development efforts and participate in networking events
