Qualifications:

As a Trust and Estates Associate at CSG Law, you will have the opportunity to support senior attorneys in all aspects of estate planning and administration. You will also have the chance to advise and represent business owners and high net worth individuals and families on sophisticated estate planning and wealth preservation issues. Our team works closely together to provide excellent client service and achieve client objectives, making this a rewarding and fulfilling role.
The ideal candidate for this position is a self-starter with at least 4 years of experience in estate planning and administration. Admission to the NJ bar is required, and admission to the NY bar is preferred. An LL.M. is a plus. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of estate planning and administration issues, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
