Trust and Estates Associate Attorney - Exciting Opportunity in Madison, NJ

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Trust and Estates Associate Attorney to join our dynamic team in our Madison, NJ office. The Role:
As a Trust and Estates Associate Attorney, you will be responsible for managing a dynamic tax practice with significant growth potential. Key responsibilities will include building and maintaining relationships with clients, implementing matters with minimal supervision, conducting research and preparing memoranda on complicated tax matters, advocating for tax positions, and developing and implementing estate planning techniques.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, candidates must have a JD from an accredited law school and preferably an LL.M in Taxation or be a candidate for the same. Admission to practice in New Jersey is a must, and admission to practice in New York and/or Florida is a plus. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in estate planning and estate administration, including drafting sophisticated estate planning documents. Experience in preparing gift and estate tax returns, federal and state tax issues related to trusts, and corporate and partnership tax issues is helpful but not essential. Excellent research, writing, and communication skills are a must.
