## Trust and Estates Administrative Assistant at Flaster Greenberg PC Flaster Greenberg PC, a recognized leader in the legal community, is seeking an experienced administrative or legal assistant to join its growing Conshohocken office in the suburbs of Philadelphia. This person will be primarily responsible for providing assistance to firm attorneys in administering estates/trusts, assisting with general administrative tasks, document management/filing, digital dictation, related tax and plan administration filings and documents, and client case management.
**Job Requirements:** * Minimum 3 - 5 yrs of related experience * Highly organized, self-directed, and detailed oriented * Able to handle extensive client contact, manage deadlines and multiple priorities * Solid technical skills * Experience with Digital dictation, Excel, Lacerte Tax Programs, One Source Accounting Program highly desired
