Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Administer and provide fiduciary advice for various types of Wealth trust accounts - Manage a portfolio of accounts with varying levels of complexity and asset size - Partner with client teams to drive new business identification and onboarding - Meet or exceed client service standards by collaborating with internal and external partners to define and meet clients' goals and objectives - Ensure trust administrative duties are completed effectively and efficiently - Coordinate annual Reg-9 administrative review and tax matters for assigned accounts - Escalate matters to internal parties as needed - Conform to company policies and procedures, applicable laws, and the terms of underlying documents
Qualifications:
Required: - 10 years experience as a relationship manager in Fiduciary Services, Private Wealth, or Institutional Investment Management with 5 years in Trust Administration - Strong knowledge of estate planning, fiduciary, and tax laws - Strong analytical and legal document interpretation skills - Knowledgeable of banking and trust systems - Intermediate or advanced PC skills, including Microsoft Office and database applications - Demonstrated organization skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to mentor and coach team members
Preferred: - Undergraduate degree in business, accounting, Fiduciary Administration, or related field - Advanced degree or certification (e.g. JD, MBA, CFP, CPA, CTFA) - Experience with Trust Financial Software
