Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day management of litigation cases - Draft and file various litigation documents such as pleadings, discovery requests, and motions - Communicate with clients and guide them through the case process - Coordinate with expert witnesses and draft reports and affidavits - Prepare for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances
Qualifications
- Law degree from an accredited law school - Active member of the Arkansas State Bar Association - Ability to handle a high volume of litigation cases - Strong client service and communication skills - Driven by long-term career goals - Excellent writing and oral advocacy skills

To be successful in this role, you must have a law degree from an accredited law school and be an active member in good standing with the Arkansas State Bar Association.
