Albertsons Companies is looking for a Transactional Real Estate Paralegal to join our Legal Department in Pleasanton, CA or Boise, ID. Responsibilities and Salary Information:
- Review, analyze, and interpret leases and real estate documents to provide legal guidance to various business stakeholders. - Prepare and negotiate various real estate documents such as Estoppel Certificates, Subordination, Non-Disturbance and Attornment Agreements, and more. - Respond to and track default notices and draft legal notices. - Provide support services to real estate attorneys, including research, data analysis, and due diligence reviews. - Salary range of $63,000 to $82,000 annually, with flexibility for exceptional candidates.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience as a paralegal in commercial real estate. - Basic understanding of commercial lease concepts and lending concepts. - Associate's or Bachelor's Degree, paralegal certificate preferred. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously. - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Teams.
Physical Environment:
- Ability to sit for long periods of time at a desk or computer terminal. - May use office equipment such as calculators, keyboards, and telephones. - Stooping, bending, twisting, and reaching may be required.
