Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver a variety of training programs to lawyers and staff, utilizing in-person and remote delivery methods. Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and develop effective learning programs that meet the needs of the firm. Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements. Stay up to date with legal industry trends and developments to ensure training programs are relevant and effective. Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant progress. Provide recommendations for improvements to management, workflow processes, and user experience. Manage training spaces and ensure they are clean, comfortable, and ready for use. Complete administrative duties such as reports and emails.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and training experience. Minimum of 5 years of experience in the legal industry. Technical training experience preferred. Strong knowledge of legal processes, procedures, and best practices. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other training-related software.
Salary Information:
Full-time position. Salary range: $65,000.00 per year. Comprehensive benefits package including 401(k), dental insurance, health insurance, life insurance, paid time off, retirement plan, and vision insurance.
