Marks & Clerk Singapore LLP is looking for a trainee patent attorney with one to five years of post-qualification experience in Electrical & Electronic Engineering (EEE), ICT, or similar. This is a full-time permanent position located in Singapore.
The successful candidate will be working with the partners and professional staff to manage existing clients, and will be expected to build their practice which will include participating in the firm’s business development activities to strengthen our domestic and regional client base further.
The successful candidate is encouraged to qualify as a Singapore patent attorney and the firm will offer assistance in achieving this goal. Depending on the candidate's professional qualifications and subject to receiving appropriate exemptions, this may involve passing only the qualifying examination in Knowledge of Patent Law and Patent Practice in Singapore.
