Law Firm Seeks Traditional Labor Attorney with 7 Years of Experience

Foster Garvey, a leading law firm, is currently seeking a Traditional Labor Attorney with 7 or more years of experience to join their dynamic and expanding Labor team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced attorney to join a highly reputable firm and utilize their skills in collective bargaining and labor law compliance.
Responsibilities: • Represent employers in collective bargaining negotiations • Respond to representation petitions • Advise on labor law compliance and union contract administration • Litigate grievance disputes and unfair labor practice charges • Manage labor-related compliance issues • Lead collective bargaining negotiations • Serve as lead attorney on representation petitions
Requirements: • JD from an ABA-accredited law school • License to practice law in Washington or Oregon • Strong academic credentials • Excellent analytical and writing skills • 7 years of experience in traditional labor matters • Experience with collective bargaining, representation petitions, agency hearings, and grievance arbitration • Experience as "First Chair" in collective bargaining negotiations • Partial portable book of business preferred ($250,000 - $500,000) • Healthcare industry and/or public entity experience a plus • Client-service oriented with exceptional communication skills • Enthusiasm to work with and build a diverse team • Ability to manage significant individual responsibilities
Salary Information: • Annualized salary range of $200,000 - $325,000 • Actual pay may be adjusted based on experience, location, and other job-related factors • Partial portable book of business preferred
