Law Firm Seeking Trademark Senior Associate Attorney with Competitive Salary
Job Title: Trademark Senior Associate Attorney Location: Doylestown, PA Experience: Significant experience in trademark law and federal litigation preferred

Responsibilities:
- Develop and communicate litigation and trademark strategies - Draft demand letters, responses, pleadings, and motions - Handle federal litigation cases including trademark, copyright, and patent claims - Develop discovery plans and conduct depositions and court appearances - Draft custom IP-related contracts such as NDAs, License Agreements, and Privacy Policies - Conduct trademark analysis, clearance searches, and opposition and cancellation proceedings - Counsel clients in IP enforcement and litigation matters - Prepare and file trademark registrations and respond to office actions - Advise clients on IP identification and protection, particularly in regards to trademarks - Assist with copyright protection matters, specifically relating to software and online works
Qualifications:
Must haves:
- Extensive understanding and experience in trademark law - Experience in federal litigation related to intellectual property - Familiarity with TTAB cases - Strong legal writing skills - Enthusiasm for understanding client needs and fighting for their rights - Experience drafting and negotiating IP-related contracts
Good to have:
- Understanding and experience in copyright law
