Responsibilities and Qualifications
The selected candidate will have 5 years of asbestos or toxic tort litigation experience, a Juris Doctor degree from a top law school, and be licensed to practice in California. They should also be a self-motivated individual with high energy and the ability to work under tight deadlines. Superior written and oral communication skills with attention to detail are also required.
Responsibilities for this position include taking and defending expert and witness depositions, drafting original motions and other litigation-related documents, and developing client relationships through communication. The candidate will also be responsible for preparing for trial, including motions in limine, exhibit lists, and witness lists.
