Law Firm is currently seeking a Toxic Tort Junior Associate (Hybrid) with a minimum of 2 years of asbestos or toxic tort litigation experience. Responsibilities:
- Taking and defending expert and witness depositions - Drafting original motions and other litigation-related documents on complex matters - Drafting discovery requests and responses to be exchanged with various parties - Developing client relationships through oral and written communication - Preparation for trial including motions in limine, exhibit lists, and witness lists
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of asbestos or toxic tort litigation experience - Juris Doctor degree from a top law school - California license - Self-motivated with high energy and a willingness to meet deadlines - Experience in a billable work environment - Superior written and oral communication skills with attention to detail
