Summary:
Wilson Elser, a top defense litigation law firm with over 1,100 attorneys in 44 offices across the US, is seeking a Toxic Tort Associate to join their San Francisco team. This position offers a flexible, hybrid working arrangement or remote work options and is eligible for a pay range of $135,000 - $190,000 USD, with potential for discretionary bonuses. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of toxic tort litigation experience and be admitted to practice in California.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft legal documents, attend court hearings, and manage a caseload as part of a team - Collaborate effectively with colleagues and provide updates to clients - Utilize strong analytical and communication skills
Qualifications:
- JD from an ABA accredited law school - Admitted to practice in California - Experience in asbestos, talc, silicosis, diacetyl, benzene, or related toxic tort cases preferred - Strong analytical and communication skills required
