Who You Are
As a Mid-Level Technology Transactions Associate Attorney, you will have 3-5 years of experience in drafting and negotiating technology transactions, including licenses, development agreements, and M A transactions. You will also have a strong knowledge of intellectual property law and a preferred technical background, such as a science degree or computer programming experience. Your academic credentials will include coursework in IP, technology, and commercial law from a top-tier law school. Experience or interest in artificial intelligence is a plus. You must also be a member of the California Bar.
