**MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW*** is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Tax Strategist/Accountant to join our team. This is a full-time, onsite position with competitive salary and benefits, including health insurance, paid holidays, PTO, and a 401(k) match. We are looking for someone who is knowledgeable in tax law, able to provide tax-advantageous advice, and can maintain accurate bookkeeping for our clients.
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Has a CPA or CFA license and a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a related major - Has previous experience in tax accounting, strategy, and bookkeeping - Is able to work in our office Monday through Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:15 p.m. and on Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. - Is computer savvy and able to use popular tax preparation and bookkeeping software - Has excellent communication skills and is able to provide exceptional customer service to our clients
Responsibilities:
- Prepare tax returns and documentation for clients, following federal, state, and local tax laws - Find legal deductions to save money for clients and provide tax-advantageous advice - Organize financial records for clients and maintain confidentiality of personal financial information - Answer client questions and keep track of deadlines and deliverables for multiple clients - Stay up to date on all tax laws and regulations
