The salary range provided is for Colorado-based hires only and will be commensurate with candidate experience. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.

Salary Information: - Compensation range: $122,300 to $264,990 - Eligible for performance bonus plan
Job Title: - Tax Senior Manager - Real Estate and Construction
Experience Information: - Bachelor's degree in accounting, Masters or advanced degree desirable - CPA or JD required - Five (5) years of experience providing federal and state tax compliance, accounting and advisory services in a professional services firm - Two (2) years of supervisory experience, mentoring and counseling associates

Job Description: - Provide tax and business advisory services to small business clients - Work closely with firm leadership to serve clients and build the business - Coach and develop a team of talented staff - Opportunity for upward career trajectory and flexibility in work location and schedule
Responsibilities: - Oversee and provide services pertaining to accounting, bookkeeping, and financials - Review and analyze accounting records and reporting with clients - Deliver excellent customer service to clients - Lead and plan client engagements - Provide recommendations for business and process improvements - Manage and build client relationships - Delegate and oversee work efforts - Maintain knowledge of tax practices and laws - Assist with managing client engagement staffing and profitability - Utilize entrepreneurial skills to network and build relationships - Invest in professional development and support team members' growth - Promote work-life balance through social activities and team outings
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in accounting, Masters or advanced degree desirable - CPA or JD required - Five (5) years of experience in tax compliance, accounting, and advisory services - Two (2) years of supervisory experience - Strong management, analytical, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills - Ability to lead and supervise, provide exceptional client service, and demonstrate ethical knowledge and commitment - Proficient in software and Microsoft Suite - Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship preferred
