Responsibilities:
- Provide tax, accounting, and advisory services to small business clients - Oversee and analyze accounting records and financials - Communicate with clients to discuss accounting and business matters - Lead and plan client engagements, identifying areas for process improvements - Manage and build client relationships - Delegate and oversee work efforts to meet client expectations - Stay current on tax laws and practices - Network and build relationships internally and externally - Support the growth and development of team members
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, CPA or JD required - 5 years of experience in federal and state tax compliance, accounting, and advisory services - 2 years of supervisory experience - Strong management, analytical, and communication skills - Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines - Proficiency in software and Microsoft Suite - Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship - Ability to travel to client sites
