Responsibilities:
- Provide tax compliance and advisory services to middle market clients ranging from S-corporations to multinational companies - Participate in tax research projects, draft IRS responses, and address tax authority inquiries - Team with leaders on special projects related to corporate and flow through taxation - Develop recommendations for clients and strategize with leadership - Communicate and collaborate with specialty tax practices on complex tax matters - Learn and grow through on-the-job coaching and mentoring programs - Utilize entrepreneurial skills to network and build relationships internally and with clients - Support the growth and development of team members through the Baker Tilly Care and Teach philosophy - Enjoy a work-life balance through social activities and team outings
Qualifications:
