- Work with private equity and corporate clients on deal structuring, due diligence, and post-deal integration
- Identify and analyze tax risks and opportunities for acquisition, disposition, and restructuring of businesses
- Review and analyze merger agreements and provide opinion letters
- Manage multiple client engagements and service teams
- Develop and mentor subordinates for career satisfaction and progression
- Strong tax research skills and experience with international and state income tax disciplines
- Ability to articulate complex information and negotiate crucial insights
- Willingness to travel when necessary
