Overview:
Aldrich CPAs and Advisors is seeking experienced Tax Managers to join our team in Denver, CO. As a trusted advisor to our construction clients, you will provide comprehensive tax review, planning, and compliance services. This is a client-facing role that offers the unique opportunity to be a part of growing a region and building a brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and plan service delivery to clients, including conducting review meetings - Participate in the creation and development of processes and infrastructure designed to service clients - Analyze client financial information, assess needs, and determine advanced strategies to meet objectives - Manage all aspects of the client relationship - Lead new client prospecting, design presentations, and lead closing meetings - Develop and mentor staff and seniors through training and effective performance feedback - Manage risk and financial performance of engagements
Qualifications:
- 6 years of recent experience in public accounting with a primary focus on tax - Ability to supervise others - Excellent research and writing skills - CPA or EA certification, licensed CPA, JD, or successful completion of the CPA exam
