Job Description
Summary:
- Tax Manager role with a focus on sustainability, climate, and equity in the renewable energy industry
- Salary range: $84,980 to $193,440
- Business Tax Services practice provides tax services across 150 countries
- Renewable energy clients include wind, solar, battery storage, geothermal, and more
- Positions available in 58 locations across the United States
- Requires a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, law, business administration, economics, or related field
- 5 years of experience in a related field, or 2 years with a master's degree
- Responsibilities include managing client engagements, identifying opportunities and advising clients on tax benefits, preparing tax returns, maintaining relationships, and monitoring tax legislation and regulations
- Must have strong analytical and communication skills, leadership abilities, and the ability to collaborate and manage multiple priorities
- Travel up to 25% may be required
- Preferred qualifications include advanced degree, tax technical research experience, and previous Big 4 or large CPA/law firm experience
