KPMG is currently hiring for a Tax Manager to join their Family Office Tax Practice. This is an exciting opportunity to become a part of a dynamic team at one of the world's top tax firms. As a Tax Manager, you will work with a diverse team to help high-profile clients understand, analyze, and respond to complex business opportunities and challenges. Responsibilities:
- Advise clients and deliver high-quality tax services - Play a key role in growing KPMG's Family Office Tax Practice - Review and analyze partnership tax returns and related tax allocations - Serve as a trusted advisor on tax-related developments and changes - Build, manage, direct, and monitor multiple client engagement teams - Contribute to the growth and process improvement of the Private Enterprise/Family Office tax practice - Mentor, coach, and manage a team of talented tax professionals
Qualifications:
- Minimum five years of recent corporate and/or partnership tax experience - Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university - Licensed CPA, EA or JD/LLM preferred - Demonstrated track record of business development - Experience leading multiple engagements and client service teams - Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience Information:
- Minimum five years of recent corporate and/or partnership tax experience is required - Prior experience in an accounting firm, corporate tax department, or law firm is preferred - Knowledge of Pass Through Entity taxes and GO Systems tax software is beneficial - Familiarity with closely held businesses S corps and C corps is a plus - Business development experience is desired - Experience leading and mentoring teams in a collaborative environment is a plus
