Responsibilities: - Work on matters in transactional tax, entity and deal structuring, and business succession planning - Interface directly with clients and provide high-quality service and professional advice - Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team as a tax solution architect - Gain experience in various areas of law and develop valuable skills
Requirements: - Completed LLM in Tax program - Licensed to practice law in New York State - Excellent research and communication skills - Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment - Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload - Quick learner with the ability to absorb and understand new information rapidly
