Overview: - Forvis Mazars is seeking a Tax Senior Manager to join our team in multiple locations including St. Louis, MO and Decatur, IL. - We are committed to providing an unmatched client experience and value our employees' contributions. - As a Tax Senior Manager, you will have the opportunity to work closely with others, plan for the future, and help successful companies and their owners avoid surprises.
Responsibilities: - Provide tax compliance and advisory services to individuals, partnerships, S corporations, and corporations in a variety of industries. - Develop, build, and manage client relationships. - Manage, develop, and coach professional tax staff. - Review returns prepared by tax associates and seniors. - Delegate responsibilities to others and monitor the efforts of engagement teams. - Utilize technology tools and continuously improve work processes. - Research complex tax issues, apply findings to projects, and communicate in writing.
Qualifications: - 7 years of experience in public accounting or corporate tax department. - Bachelor's or graduate degree in accounting, finance, or related field. - CPA license.
Preferred Qualifications: - Master's degree in Taxation or Law. - Partnership tax experience.
Salary Range: - Minimum: $101,400 USD. - Maximum: $132,500 USD. - Salary will be based on experience, education, and skill set.
