Job Description
SAIC, a leading provider of targeting & intelligence analysis, systems engineering & integration, systems development & deployment, and training capabilities and solutions for the Intelligence Community, is seeking a Target Analyst Reporter 3 to join their team. This position is located in Fort Meade, MD and requires an active/current TS/SCI security clearance with Polygraph.
As a Target Analyst Reporter, you will prioritize, assess, evaluate, and report information obtained from passive and active collection, network evaluation and analysis, and other sources to provide synthesized product to customers. You will be responsible for writing reports, determining reportability of an activity, and locating reportable information. Additionally, you will be familiar with basic SIGINT reporting policies and have the ability to pull information from multiple sources and combine it into reports/products in response to requests by management and external customers.
The ideal candidate will have at least 12 years of experience related to the job description and a high school diploma or higher. They must also have experience in drafting and/or editing for release finished, serialized SIGINT product reports, as well as the ability to author reports based off simple traffic or a limited amount of traffic. Knowledge of various technologies and/or topics to identify analytic vectors is also required.
In this role, you will be responsible for independently discovering reportable information within office workflow tools and incorporating independent research to enhance reporting. You must have a current/active TS/SCI with Polygraph and be willing and able to pass an additional polygraph as required.
Minimum Qualifications: - Current/active TS/SCI with Polygraph - At least 12 years of experience related to job description - High school diploma or higher - Experience in drafting and/or editing for release finished, serialized SIGINT product reports - Ability to author reports based off simple traffic or a limited amount of traffic - Knowledgeable of various technologies and/or topics to identify analytic vectors - Experience with the principles and methods of exploiting foreign communications and communication systems - Experience with software applications and databases associated with SIGINT report writing and target development - Demonstrated application of advanced SIGINT reporting - Familiarity with SIGINT and collateral report repositories - Demonstrated ability to independently discover reportable information - Willingness and ability to pass an additional polygraph as required
