ROLE TITLE: TPM Manager - EBS Third Party Management (TPM) Team
LOCATION: EBS d.a.c., Central Park, Leopardstown, D18 CK74
This role is being offered on a PERMANENT basis.

WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO CAN:
*Take responsibility for the Third Party Management agenda (including SRM, BCM and Exit management) for EBS. *Develop and continuously maintain EBS's Third Party Management Framework to ensure alignment with AIB Group policies and regulatory requirements. *Maintain a high level of engagement with third party suppliers ensuring delivery of services in line with the AIB Supplier Relationship Management Standard. *Uses strong influence and persuasion with key stakeholders and senior leaders at a high level across the AIB Group to ensure that EBS is considered a key stakeholder within the AIB Group TPM agenda. *Take ongoing responsibility for the oversight of TPM & SRM deliverables. Support the ongoing review of Service Level Agreements and the Risk Assessment process for third party suppliers. *Proven ability to manage third party suppliers using governance tools including; reviews, KPI scorecards etc., and exceptional written, oral communication and presentation skills. *Demonstrate ability to communicate updates on EBS impacting deliverables to EBS Senior Management and at relevant AIB Group committees up to Board level. *Actively build relationships throughout AIB to keep abreast of best practices in Third Party Management developments throughout AIB. *Manage the team in supporting EBS to meet it's significant regulatory requirements from a third party management perspective. *Develop the team by defining clear accountabilities, objectives and personal development initiatives for all team members. Engage, coach and encourage by providing honest, fair and frequent feedback.

DOES THIS SOUND LIKE SOMETHING THAT YOU WANT TO BE PART OF?
YOU WILL NEED TO SHOW US THAT YOU CAN/HAVE:
*Minimum of 3 years' experience in banking in a third party management or similar experience. *Understanding of regulatory impacts of third party management legislation. *Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams as well as senior management with strong interpersonal skills and ability to foster/manage relationships across multiple teams. *Ability to manage a third party relationship portfolio. *Knowledge of EBS products, while not a pre-requisite, would be desirable.
