Position Overview: We are currently seeking professionals with 2-8 years of experience to handle family office functions and technological efficiencies for high net worth family offices. The role will involve managing books, records, cash management, investment reporting and analysis, household function management, and other duties as mentioned above.
Qualifications and Requirements: In order to be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications and requirements: - Bachelor's degree in accounting from an accredited college or university - 2-8 years of experience in a similar role - CPA, EA, JD, paraprofessional or paralegal credentialing is helpful - Experience in financial reporting, general ledger, and back office operations - Familiarity with bill.com and Black Diamond Software is preferred - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Word, is required - Minimum of 2 years of individual and either partnership or corporate tax experience - Consultative or business advisory experience as part of a multi-disciplinary team - Excellent interpersonal skills and a desire to work in a team-oriented environment - Strong advisory, compliance, verbal, and written communication skills - Resourceful, self-starter with superior attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to meet project deadlines and focus on details - Proven ability to work in a deadline-driven environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously
Responsibilities: - Handle technological efficiencies for family office tax, bill pay, investment reporting, and administrative functions - Ensure seamless coordination between processes to meet family office goals and objectives - Implement a unified, best in class data-driven approach to ultra-high net worth family offices - Manage books, records, cash management, investment reporting and analysis, and household function management - Other duties as assigned
