Description:
- Seeking a System Requirement Engineering SME to support TISETA contract team at Offutt AFB, NE - Perform information technology and software task integration - Formulate high level System, Cyber and Software capabilities and Requirements - Senior systems engineering background with expertise in Mission Based Cyber Risk Assessments (MBCRA) - Provide engineering support for requirements development - Evaluate and recommend solutions for future capabilities to protect systems and software from Cyber threats in DOD environment - Work in cross-functional environment to integrate IT and Software Systems - Build solutions using multiple COAs - Present solutions and advise government on pros and cons of each approach and implementation strategy
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with 14 years of experience, Master's degree with 12 years of experience, or PhD/JD with 9 years of experience - Previous experience defining processes for capturing capabilities for software and hardware systems - Previous experience in capturing mission critical functions and integrating into planning and execution processes - Active TS/SCI Security Clearance
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with ISPAN family of Software design and requirements generation - Experience with Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS) - Experience with Software development Sprint teams - Knowledge of Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools
