Law Firm Seeking Experienced Supervising Attorney for Personal Injury Pre-Litigation Department

As the leader of a team of attorneys and case managers, you will have the opportunity to secure the largest wrongful death, TBI, catastrophic injury, and major orthopedic settlements possible.
Daily Tasks:
As the Supervising Attorney, you will have a diverse range of responsibilities, including managing a caseload, providing exceptional client service, collaborating with multiple departments, and communicating with clients about legal strategies and treatment plans. Your ability to analyze fact patterns and establish liability will also play a crucial role in the success of our cases.
Your Skills:
To excel in this role, you must be licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar and have at least 2 years of experience in Personal Injury law. Strong negotiation and communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to supervise and provide guidance and counsel. Experience settling cases in the pre-litigation stage is also required, and Spanish fluency is a plus.
