Each year Robbins Geller offers a summer program that allows law students the opportunity for real-time work experience in one of the most highly respected complex litigation practices in the field. In fact, the Firm has been described in the media and by judges as gladiators in the courtroom and one of the most formidable securities law firms in the country. The Firm’s record of success involves some of the largest recoveries in history, including the largest securities class action recovery ( Enron – $7.2 billion) and the largest securities class action recovery following a trial ( Household International – $1.575 billion). Robbins Geller’s summer associates engage in the same substantive work undertaken by the Firm’s junior associates, from assisting in motion practice and amending complaints to serving as second chair at depositions. Additionally, summer associates work with a variety of attorneys in different practice areas and are actively involved in the Firm’s litigation matters. The summer program provides flexible start and end dates for highly qualified 2Ls. In addition to work opportunities, the summer program offers a variety of ways to connect socially with the Firm’s attorneys, ranging from lunches and happy hours to bowling and a day at the races.
