Summer Associates Program The summer associate Program is a twelve-week rotation through the three major sections of the firm: Commercial and Commercial Litigation, Workers’ Compensation, and Personal Injury Defense Litigation. In each section, you will have the opportunity to attend hearings and depositions, mediations and closings, draft motions and pleadings, and participate in client meetings. Is an opportunity for firm to get to know you both professionally and personally. Summer Associates will participate in attorney lunches, social events, and out-of-office community service events in addition to Clerk Day, which is a day out of the office for the Summer Associates and their mentors to visit one of the many exciting attractions that Orlando has to offer. To make your clerkship experience as valuable as possible, you will be partnered with an established attorney as a mentor to help you navigate the expectations of each rotation and act as a liaison throughout the duration of the program.
