Conner & Winters is seeking 1L and 2L applications for our 2025 Summer Associate Program in Tulsa, Oklahoma City, and Fayetteville. Our Summer Associate Program offers challenging legal assignments, real-world training, and mentoring. During our program, students are given the opportunity to gain hands-on experience under the supervision of a number of attorneys, both associates and partners. This includes but is not limited to the opportunity to conduct research and then write substantive legal documents, attend depositions and hearings, attend closings, and interact with clients. Our attorneys provide feedback and our summer associates are encouraged to proactively seek out feedback from the attorneys they work with. Each summer associate is paired with an associate who helps in the transition into the office and provides guidance with work challenges. We have several social events planned during the program, as well as lunches with the firm’s attorneys. We believe that getting to know our summer associates and letting our summer associates get to know us is one of the most important aspects of the program. Conner & Winters conducts on-campus interviews of 1L and 2L students at selected regional law schools each August. Any 1L or 2L students attending a school that we do not visit are invited to submit a cover letter, resume, current transcript (official or unofficial), and writing sample to our Recruiting Chair at the below email address.
