The **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW*** (NWLC) is seeking an undergraduate intern for summer 2025 to join their fundraising team and support their mission of gender justice. This is a full-time, paid position based in Washington, DC for 37.5 hours per week.
H2: About NWLC
Founded over 50 years ago, NWLC has been at the forefront of legal and policy victories for women and girls. They use the law to drive solutions and break down barriers that harm marginalized communities.
H2: Duties and Responsibilities
As an intern, you will work closely with the development team and be responsible for:
- Conducting research on potential and current donors - Preparing research briefs summarizing donor findings - Updating and maintaining donor records in NWLC's database - Providing logistical support for donor events and calls - Assisting with donor stewardship efforts
H2: Qualifications
To be considered for this internship, you must:
- Be currently enrolled in an undergraduate program - Have strong research and writing skills - Be interested in gender justice and nonprofit fundraising or management - Be proficient in MS Word and Excel, with experience in Outlook, PowerPoint, and Raiser's Edge as a plus - Be detail-oriented, a self-starter, and able to work independently and meet deadlines
H2: Compensation and Benefits
This internship offers an hourly rate of $17.50 and is not eligible for benefits. If your school provides funding for internships, NWLC will adjust the payment accordingly.
