Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of subrogation litigation, including case assessment, discovery, motions, and negotiations - Conduct thorough investigations and prepare legal documents - Represent the company in court hearings and other legal proceedings - Stay up to date with changes in laws and regulations - Coordinate closely with internal legal teams and external counsel
Education & Minimum Requirements:
- Juris Doctorate and active membership in good standing with the State Bar (required jurisdiction: Illinois) - Experience or coursework in subrogation law, insurance defense, and litigation processes - Strong skills in legal research, writing, and analysis - Excellent time management and organization skills - Strong communication and negotiation skills
Compensation:
- $66,800.00 – $120,650.00 annually - Based on experience and qualifications
