This includes compliance with debt financing agreements, advising on contractual compliance and asset eligibility, and assisting with transaction execution. The ideal candidate will have a JD degree from a top tier institution, be admitted to practice law in relevant jurisdictions, and have 3 years of experience in a top tier law firm.
