Manage the coordination and execution of store maintenance in all stores. Communicate work order status to field and vendor partners while service as an initial escalation point. Collaborate with cross-functional and external partners to ensure stores are receiving the best service at the best cost.
*Ensure all maintenance calls are address and completed successfully utilizing technical knowledge of applicable trades and layout of stores *Monitor work orders, follow up on missed ETAs, and manage quotes and invoices electronically via web-based data management system *Initiate work orders and/or purchase orders as needed with service providers and communicate work progress and completion with individual store locations. *Review and approve vendor quotes while adhering to a budget *Work with landlords and property management staff to resolve issues that fall under their responsibility (i.e. roof leaks). *Continually review vendor base and provide feedback on interaction and service level *Develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external business partners. *Responsible for addressing and resolving escalation calls from field *Ensure work orders are completed on a timely basis *Assist with managing/meeting department budget *Assist with miscellaneous department projects as needed.
Job Requirements
*Education: College graduate or technical college graduate or equivalent skills *Experience: 1-3 years technical or maintenance/construction experience *Strong organizational skills *Strong MS Office skills; specifically Excel *Strong verbal and written communication skills *Ability to analyze situations and solve problems *Ability to handle multiple projects effectively *Strong attention to detail *Knowledge or experience in any construction/maintenance trades (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, doors, locks, etc.) is preferred *Experience managing work orders in Service Channel, FM Pilot or similar systems is a plus
