Your Role as a SALT Manager
- Deliver compliance services and consulting solutions for multi-state income tax, franchise tax, sales and use tax, gross receipts tax, and property tax matters - Coach and mentor staff to advance their skills and competencies - Determine tax objectives, scope, and methodology with client's management - Utilize technology and resources to maximize project efficiency - Develop and execute a practice development plan, including networking and client expansion
Qualifications for Success
- 5-7 years of taxation experience in public accounting - CPA or Bar License required - Strong problem-solving and time management skills - Ability to develop and lead a team - Willingness to travel locally, nationally, and occasionally internationally
