The Law Firm of Baoqin Wang, LLC is currently seeking a Staff Attorney in Beaverton, OR. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and knowledgeable attorney to join our team and work with a diverse group of clients. We are looking for someone with a U.S. Juris Doctor degree and an Oregon State Bar License, who also has experience or knowledge in U.S. immigration law. Job Title: Staff Attorney Location: Beaverton, OR

Requirements: - U.S. Juris Doctor degree - Oregon State Bar License - Knowledge of U.S. immigration law (can be gained from law school course or law firm experience – need law school transcript or law firm reference letter)
Responsibilities: - Provide legal counsel and representation to clients in immigration matters - Prepare and file immigration applications, petitions, and other legal documents - Conduct legal research and analysis to support cases - Attend hearings and interviews with clients - Communicate with clients, government agencies, and other attorneys - Participate in firm meetings and trainings
Experience: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in immigration law preferred, but not required - Experience in a law firm setting is a plus - Experience with family-based immigration, removal defense, and/or business immigration is a plus
