Job Description:
Fenwick, a leading law firm, is seeking a full-time Staff Attorney to join our Technology Transactions group. This position is available in our Silicon Valley, San Francisco, or New York office. Our firm is known for handling complex and innovative technology transactions for top companies in the United States. Our technology transactions group works closely with our corporate group, which has a strong reputation for IPO and M&A practices.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Review a variety of agreements for M&A and financing transactions - Prepare written summaries and disclosure schedules - Create and update document databases - Communicate key results to team and project leaders - Organize and track due diligence materials, information, requests, and responses
Requirements:
- Active and in good standing in the state where hired - At least 2 years of experience in big law firm licensing/commercial contracts and M&A - High level of computer literacy (experience with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and document management software) - Excellent written, oral, analytical, and interpersonal skills - Ability to work efficiently and under time pressure with minimal supervision

The anticipated salary range for this position is $125,000 - $160,000 USD. Actual salary offered may vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, and location.
